Booking Policies

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your balloon order and event date. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery, setup, or pickup.

Deposits are non-refundable. If an event must be canceled, the deposit will be forfeited.

We recommend placing balloon orders at least 5–7 days in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation time. Larger installations or custom designs may require additional notice. 

Grab & Go balloon orders may be available with 3 days notice, depending on availability. 

Last-minute orders may be accepted when possible, but are not guaranteed.

If a date change is needed, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Orders placed with less than the recommended notice period may be considered a last-minute or rush order. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, availability is not guaranteed. 

Last-minute orders may be subject to a rush fee depending on the timeframe and design requested.

Local delivery and setup are available for balloon installations. Delivery fees may apply depending on location.

Boujee Balloons & Treats reserves the right to photograph and use images of balloon designs, setups, and event décor for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. 

These photos may be used on our website, social media pages, advertisements, or other promotional materials. 

Client personal information will never be shared, and photos will only be used to showcase our work. 

If you prefer that photos from your event are not used for promotional purposes, please notify us prior to the event.

Boujee Balloons & Treats proudly serves Columbia, Missouri, Mexico, Missouri, and surrounding areas. 

We offer local delivery and setup for balloon installations, as well as pickup options for Grab & Go balloon designs and sweet treats.

Local delivery is considered Columbia, Mo. area.

Grab & Go balloon orders are available for pickup. Customers are responsible for transporting and installing these balloon items.

Balloons are delicate and can be affected by heat, cold, wind, and sharp objects. Boujee Balloons & Treats is not responsible for damage once balloons have been delivered or picked up.

Balloons are sensitive to heat, cold, wind, and direct sunlight. Boujee Balloons & Treats is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions once balloons have been delivered or installed. 

For outdoor events, a backup indoor location is recommended in case of unfavorable weather. 

If weather conditions are unsafe for installation (such as high winds, heavy rain, or extreme temperatures), we reserve the right to adjust or relocate the setup to protect the balloons and ensure the best possible display.

 Certain balloon designs and event setups may include rental equipment such as frames, stands, backdrops, pedestals, shimmer walls, or other décor items that remain the property of Boujee Balloons & Treats. 

A refundable equipment deposit may be required for rentals. This deposit will be returned once all equipment has been collected and inspected for damage. 

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all rental equipment remains in the same condition as it was delivered. Any damaged, lost, or missing equipment may result in repair or replacement fees deducted from the deposit. 

Rental equipment must not be moved, disassembled, or altered by anyone other than Boujee Balloons & Treats unless previously approved.

Equipment will be collected at the agreed upon time after the event.

By placing an order with Boujee Balloons & Treats, you acknowledge and agree to the policies listed above.

Boujee Balloons & Treats will make every effort to create balloon designs as close as possible to the inspiration or design discussed with the client. 

However, due to product availability or supply shortages, certain balloon colors, brands, or decorative elements may occasionally need to be substituted. 

If substitutions are necessary, they will be made with similar colors, styles, or materials while maintaining the overall design and quality of the display.

The client is responsible for ensuring the setup area is clean, clear, and ready at the agreed upon setup time. 

Boujee Balloons & Treats must have safe and reasonable access to the installation area. If the setup area is not ready upon arrival, this may result in delays, design adjustments, or additional fees. 

Boujee Balloons & Treats is not responsible for delays caused by venue access restrictions, unavailable setup space, or other circumstances outside of our control. 

If setup conditions prevent the design from being installed safely, Boujee Balloons & Treats reserves the right to adjust the installation.

To ensure a smooth and successful setup, Boujee Balloons & Treats requires the following: 

• The setup area must be cleared and ready at the scheduled setup time. 

• Adequate space must be available for balloon installations, backdrops, or décor. 

• If setup requires electricity, a nearby power outlet must be accessible. 

• The client must ensure that Boujee Balloons & Treats has access to the venue or setup location at the agreed upon time. 

• Any changes to the setup location must be communicated prior to the event date. 

Boujee Balloons & Treats is not responsible for delays or adjustments caused by restricted access, space limitations, or unsafe setup conditions.

Inspiration photos may be used to guide the overall style and design of balloon décor. While Boujee Balloons & Treats will make every effort to create a display similar to the requested design, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. 

Each balloon installation is custom created, and variations may occur based on balloon sizes, materials, colors, and product availability. 

Our goal is always to deliver a beautiful and high-quality design that captures the overall look and feel of the inspiration provided.

Balloon displays are designed to last throughout your event; however, balloon longevity can vary depending on environmental conditions such as heat, cold, humidity, wind, and direct sunlight. 

Indoor balloon installations often last several days, while outdoor displays may have a shorter lifespan due to weather and environmental factors. 

Boujee Balloons & Treats cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons once they have been delivered, installed, or picked up. 

Exposure to extreme temperatures, sharp objects, or rough handling may cause balloons to deflate or pop.

Boujee Balloons & Treats will take care when installing décor; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to venue property or surfaces.

Rental equipment will be collected at the agreed upon time after the event. Equipment must remain accessible for pickup. Additional fees may apply if return access is delayed.

Boujee Balloons & Treats requires access to the setup area at the agreed upon time. Delays in venue access or event readiness may result in adjustments to the design or additional fees.

Balloons and décor should be kept away from small children and pets without supervision.

Deposits 

All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit secures your event date and allows us to begin preparing materials for your order. 

Order Cancellations 

If an order is canceled, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made after final payment has been made may not be eligible for a refund. 

Custom Balloon Designs 

Because balloon designs are custom and made specifically for your event, refunds are not available once balloons have been delivered, installed, or picked up. 

Sweet Treat Orders 

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods and dipped treats, all treat sales are final and refunds are not offered once the order has been picked up or delivered. 

Damage or Issues 

If there is an issue with your order at the time of delivery or pickup, please notify us immediately so we can do our best to resolve the problem.
